Frequently Asked Questions

Home / About / Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What sort of limitations are there with your website design capabilities?

A: We’ve surpassed all of our formerly estimated limitations as of yet, so we are very careful to answer this question with this: Whatever you can imagine, we can create.

Q: Why are your prices so much lower than any other custom design firm?

A: Right now, we’re primarily interested in the expansion of our client base.  These design prices will undoubtedly be increased when we reach our short-term goals.

Q: What are your goals, as a company?

A: Some of our goals are to maintain a solid reputation as Western New York’s finest website and graphic design studio; to become a legacy for our families; to own our own studio rather than rent; to eventually take over the world.

Q: Do you have a money back guarantee if I don’t like your work?

A: We offer 100% refund if requested within 15 calendar days from date of order, and prior to showing of any design layout, no questions asked, or before the 3rd round of revision request.

Q: Is there any sort of monthly or yearly fee for having a website?

A: Many companies require you to pay them $20+/mo to display your website.  When we design your site, it becomes your private property.  There is, however, the need to ‘host’ it on a remote server.  We offer this service optionally from $8/mo.

Q: What about maintenance or updates to my site?

A: If you are interested in repeat visitors, keeping your site current is crucial. If it is only text to change, we will change it at NO CHARGE on 2 pages per week.  We recommend, however that you order our Content Management System for your site, so you can easily log in and make unlimited changes yourself.

Q: What if I already have a website?

A: A “template” site, an outdated or a cheesey looking site will deter people that care about details, while an awesome looking site will benefit everyone’s esteem for your business.  If your site simply needs an update or a new page, we do that too.
